Hi, I’m Jasmine, the founder of Space to Grow OT. I’m an Occupational Therapist, a partner, a daughter, a sister, an aunt, and a plant-lover. And I’ve navigated my way through this busy, noisy and amazing world with a lived experience that’s uniquely shaped me.

In my work as an Occupational Therapist, I have worked predominantly in the mental health and disability space since completing my studies at Monash University in 2018.
Throughout my professional practice, I have developed a love of working with the neurodivergent community, particularly those who are Autistic, ADHD, PDA and experiencing mental health challenges like anxiety, depression, PTSD and Autistic burnout.
I’m particularly passionate about supporting women, as I understand that the experience of being neurodivergent as a woman is unique and often differs from the mainstream conversations about neurodiversity.
I’ve created Space to Grow OT to support those seeking to start with small steps to come home to themselves. My support aims to help you to live more in tune with yourself and your own rhythms.
All my work is done from a neuro-affirming, trauma-informed lens. To me that means seeing neurodivergence as a neutral part of who we are and occurring as a natural variation among humans, while also recognising that walking through the world as a neurodivergent person can often be traumatic in itself.
Throughout my practice, I’ve learnt that recognising how your neurotype shapes you and granting yourself permission to meet your needs is crucial. I’m here to help you begin on that discovery.
